A new part time/full time role has arisen for an experienced Will writer to join our busy team in Romsey.
We are a well-established firm who have built our reputation on providing our clients with a high quality, professional service. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Will writer who possesses an excellent ability to establish rapport with clients and a passion for providing exceptional customer service in keeping with the ethos of the firm.
As a will writer you will be tasked with
- Conducting consultations with clients to gather relevant information and understand their estate planning needs
- Prepare and draft a wide range of legal documents, including wills, trusts, & powers of attorney.
- Managing and developing your own caseload from initial instructions to completion.
This role would be suitable for those who have
- A robust background in Wills drafting and estate planning
- Experience of advising and completing Power of Attorney
- A STEP qualification or working towards
- The ability to work unsupervised
