Hayley Phillips qualified as a solicitor in 1998 and has been a partner at Bells since 2002.

With over a decade of experience in commercial and residential property work Hayley is committed to delivering well reasoned pragmatic advice and assistance to best enable clients to achieve their goals. Her attention to detail and technical ability serve to facilitate a smooth progression of the most complex of transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Hayley was a local authority lawyer and has extensive experience in dealing with planning and development issues from all angles.

Small business sales and purchases; landlord and tenant issues, property development and licensing are just some of the individual areas in which she possesses substantial expertise particularly those involving pubs, restaurants, farms and equestrian property.

Clients that have difficulty attending daytime appointments are welcome to see Hayley out-of-hours.

In her leisure time, she makes the most of her love for all things equestrian by competing at local horse shows.
